Girardi earned her degrees in medical transcription and court reporting. She is committed to her own ongoing education, and that of her staff, through her industry affiliations.
Girardi’s management team handles day-to-day operations and ongoing projects to streamline efficiency and provide excellent client services. She also utilizes experienced Lead MTs, with availability during all shifts, to provide assistance to 360 transcriptionists. The Lead MTs assist Girardi with conducting the quality assurance process, training on new accounts, and managing workflow by monitoring incoming projects and ensuring that turnaround times are being met.
