If using our smartphone app, the dictation submission is automatic! If using a recorder, plug it into your PC and watch the files upload automatically. If using a toll-free number, hang up to send the files immediately. We work in real-time and guarantee a turnaround time of under 12 hours.

Step 3: Transcription Audit and Review

Transcribed files are sent for audit and quality review. Our quality assurance staff quickly complete any necessary edits, further ensuring a level of accuracy that exceeds industry standards.

We can access your EHR – EMR and deliver the files directly to your patient’s chart. Our system automatically can also download completed files to a designated folder on your office PC.  At your convenience, you can retrieve the files, store, and print.
